This initiative aims to encourage greater understanding between our two great nations by raising awareness and shining the spotlight on those individuals who are adding value to our bilateral relationship.

As part of this process, we also aspire to provide inspiration and encouragement to the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders who will take the special relationship to greater heights.

The awards aim to acknowledge individuals and organisations (based in the UK) who have excelled in their chosen field/business and have contributed to furthering the UK/India partnership in the following categories:

Larger business award

This award is open to businesses with an annual turnover of over £100 million and with established India connections and/or business dealings. To nominate, please enter your details and the name and reason for your nomination below.

This award acknowledges the efforts of an individual who has a proven track record for establishing one or more successful business enterprises with UK/India connections and/or dealings. It is open to outstanding individuals who have displayed the personal qualities of leadership, innovation and ambition.

Open to an individual or organisation that has made a significant mark in any field such as financial, medical, legal or others; with an established focus on the UK / India corridor.

Open to an individual or organisation within the arts, design and culture space that has achieved success and has enhanced the cultural understanding between the UK and India.

This award recognises an individual’s outstanding commitment to building UK / India relations.  It is open to individuals who have demonstrated passion and dedication towards strengthening the UK/India partnership, and who have made a major contribution to UK/ India relations.
